Tom's 24 Hour Road Service

Thank you for being our last hope, you saved our rental RV and the renter’s vacation. Our rental RV had one completely shredded tire snd one almost shredded tire during a road trip while being rented. The Outdoorsy roadside assistance completely let me down providing no assistance or help. Geico could not find a reputable service station that would even answer the phone….I was told to call 911! Tom’s establishment not only answered the phone immediately when called but drove out to find the correct tires then out to install roadside, all occurring during the off hours! Yes, it is expensive but they were our only option and only service that would help us. THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!

Very professional! Gentlemen was knowledgeable of his work, soft spoken, and clean cut! Any truck driver with a tire emergency in the Columbia South Carolina area I highly recommend you skip the smoke of Loves, pilot, or T.A. and call Tom! Im a veteran of trucking and I've had countless road calls over the years and this was by far the best experience and price I've ever had for a steer tire replacement! Call Tom you won't regret it!

3am blew tire and Tech Derek did a awesome job timing was good great tire. Derek was fast and did a very good job. Pleasant experience. If trouble in this area again will call again.
